McGregor Shott Wins Best Website at CAPIO
(Lake Tahoe) - 2008 - McGregor Shott has won first place from the California Association of Public Information Officials for their design of the Old Town Newhall website. Winners were announced during CAPIO's Excellence in Communications Awards Ceremony in Lake Tahoe. Finalists in 13 categories received top honors. Entrants ranged from cities, counties, schools, and public agencies throughout the state of California.
McGregor Shott was awarded a first place award for their creation of an eclectic print and website campaign to attract shoppers to the Newhall area as it moves forward in a revitalization effort. The website features colorful photography, links to stores and restaurants, special events, history, and an interactive map.
